About Casa Michoacana

Casa Michoacana Folk Art Gallery is a Mexican folk-art gallery on Calzada de la Aurora in central San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. We bring together handmade work by artisans from Michoacán and other regions of Mexico: ceramics and tableware, glazed ceramic pineapples, masks, folk sculpture, textiles and decorative objects. Every visit is an opportunity to discover techniques, materials and trades that form part of Mexico's living craft traditions.

The Gallery welcomes visitors exploring San Miguel de Allende, collectors, local residents and interior-design professionals looking for authentic pieces for a home, hotel, restaurant or special project.
